It affects about two out of every hundred adults, especially women. However, these exercises (aquagym, swimming, cycling, walking) should always be adapted to your own abilities. For this reason, they are best exercised individually in the beginning and preferably under the supervision of an expert.
Relaxation exercises, yoga, and meditation can help to better control the various stress situations.
Way of life. Conscious living, gasping back in time and making real demands contribute positively to dealing with fibromyalgia.
Nutrition. Nutrition also plays an important role. If, for example, you want to combat fatigue and gain more energy, you should also pay attention to your food. Food supplements can be part of this. It can be very wise to discuss your eating habits with a nutritionist. But even without the advice of an expert, it is not difficult to adopt better eating habits.
