COLD-PRESS JUICING RECIPES

Note: no juicer? No problem. Blend everything in a blender then strain through a fine mesh sieve.
ORANGE SUNSHINE
INGREDIENTS
1 Large Golden Beet
1 Large Carrot or 2 Medium
3 Large Tangerines or 6 Cuties
Juice only of 1/2 LemonDIRECTIONS: run all ingredients through a juicer. Optional juice lemon using a citrus juicer, before adding to finished juice to omit bitter membranes. Juice taste better if chilled, stick it in the freezer while you clean your juicer.
SWEET GREEN
INGREDIENTS
1 Red Apple
2 Zucchini
4C Spinach, loosely packed
Optional—Hibiscus FlowerDIRECTIONS: run all ingredients through a juicer. Juice taste better if chilled, stick it in the freezer while you clean your juicer.
MAROONED
INGREDIENTS
1 Cucumber
1 Grapefruit, fresh squeezed juice only
1 Large Beet or 2 Medium
