COLD-PRESS JUICING RECIPES
Cold-press Juicing Recipes that are quick and easy to make. These juices will give you a boost of energy.
Note: no juicer? No problem. Blend everything in a blender then strain through a fine mesh sieve.
1 Large Golden Beetroot
1 Large Carrot or 2 Medium
3 Large Tangerines or 6 Cuties
Juice only of 1/2 Lemon
DIRECTIONS: run all ingredients through a juicer. Optional juice lemon using a citrus juicer, before adding to finished juice to omit bitter membranes. Juice taste better if chilled, stick it in the freezer while you clean your juicer.
1 Red Apple
4C Spinach, loosely packed
